VILLA SCANDINAVIA AB grundades i september 2006. Företaget baseras på en mångårig familjetradition från polska moderföretaget PW APIS med 23 års erfarenhet inom bygg- och träkonstruktion. Våra yrkeskunniga och erfarna fackmän uppskattas inte bara av polska kunder utan i hela Europa. Kontinuerlig företagsutveckling, innovationer som förbättrar tillverkningsprocesser samt ökad efterfrågan på nordiska marknaden fick oss att bilda ett svenskt företag med säte i Göteborg. Vår vision är att kunna uppfylla alla kunders dröm beträffande boendeform. Vi vill att varje kund skall känna tillit och trygghet och att huset byggs av yrkeskunnig personal.

We are specialized in building of new single-family houses. Bearing in mind not only the highest quality services but also the materials used, we have partnered with the leading producers on the Swedish market. In our villas we use brands such as: SP Fönster, Marbodal, Benders, Planja, Flügger, Mapei, IFO, Ido, Barlinek, Kahrs, Ikea, Bosh, Elko, and others.
Our greatest asset is the professional care of even the smallest detail. Each is done professionally and accurately. According to us, the dream house beauty lies in details. We build houses for customers but only to they feel proud of them, we need to be proud even more and we are!!! Just look at them:
We like challenges and interesting ideas. Despite certain scope of the work offer, we undertake various projects. We took part with building the Badmintonhall in Askim, we also isolated and renovated ceilling in Gamlastadssporthall. We did solarium studio at Haga Nygata, we are very proud with created from our project unique wine cellar build with red brick where all decorations and furniture are handmade by carpenters and blacksmith. The unique sauna house build with solid wooden logs and grass on the roof, home cinema, playground for kindergarten, jacuzzi on the on the hill with sea view, fantastic terraces and many others.
